July 19, 2003: A long time ago, I made a small Open Tool for JBuilder. This is a page where to find it.

The Skin Look And Feel is a Java Swing Look And Feel that allows to skin the application the same way you do with applications like Winamp. The skins are contained in theme packs that you can change to your liking.
I thought it would be nice if JBuilder (my main tool at work) could have a better look. Thus I decided to make an Open Tool (a kind of plug-in) for JBuilder to be able to skin it.

This Open Tool is loaded at startup by JBuilder. Then the Open Tool loads the theme pack it can find.
