This open tool shows some display problems if the themepack's main colors conflict with what JBuilder wants to use (white on white is not that clear...)
Personally I am quite happy with it! I have been using it for years (JBuilder 4 through JBuilder 8 for now)

I may add the sources to the site if I find some free time and retrieve them from where I store them...
